These Terms cover your use of the Workbox Scale website, forms, and package estimator. Package prices are estimates until a signed agreement.
Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Workbox Scale website, forms, package tools, and related online materials. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The site is operated by Workbox Scale, based in Ames, Iowa, serving contractors in the Upper Midwest.

What this site is for
This website describes marketing services for contractors and trades (including retainers, websites, branding, and audits) and lets you request information, run non-binding package estimates or plans, and book a call. It is informational and promotional. It is not legal, tax, or engineering advice.
Estimates are not binding quotes
Prices, timelines, package features, and totals shown on the site or in package tools are ESTIMATES for planning only. They are not offers, formal quotes, or contracts. A binding engagement starts only when both parties sign a separate written agreement (and any statement of work) that states fees, scope, and terms.
Tool outputs may exclude items such as ad spend, printing, installation, domain fees, and other third-party costs. Final pricing is confirmed on a call and in your agreement.
No guaranteed results
Marketing involves factors outside our control (competition, budgets, seasonality, sales follow-up, product-market fit, and platform changes). We do not guarantee leads, booked jobs, rankings, revenue, or any specific business outcome from visiting this site or from services described here. Past performance, if discussed, is not a promise of future results.
Your responsibilities when contacting us
You agree that information you submit through forms or package tools is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have authority to provide business contact details. You agree to our Privacy Policy regarding how we handle that information, including phone/email follow-up and optional SMS if you opt in.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, design, logos, brand marks, mascot illustrations, layout, and other content are owned by Workbox Scale or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or reuse our content or marks for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except for limited personal, non-commercial viewing of the site.
Mascot characters and illustrations are brand artwork, not depictions of real employees, and must not be presented as testimonials or staff photos.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
· Submitting false, harassing, or unlawful content.
· Attempting to probe, scrape at scale, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site, forms, or systems.
· Using the site to send spam or to violate privacy or communications laws.
· Interfering with security or authentication features.
Third-party services and links
The site may use or link to third parties such as AWS Amplify (hosting and data), GoHighLevel (calendar and CRM/webhook processing), and Google Analytics. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or outages beyond our reasonable control.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORKBOX SCALE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ESTIMATES OR CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Workbox Scale and its owners, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Iowa for disputes arising from these Terms or the site, except where prohibited by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
